Sarah spent most of her professional career advising CEOs and their teams how to develop and exploit a competitive advantage in the face of complex and rapid change. Returning to New Zealand from the UK, she was keen to find a role where she could be part of the future and help create social benefit through emerging technology.
Armed with a list of New Zealand game-changers to approach, Sarah met with Frances when Tech Futures Lab was still in its conceptual stages and helped bring it into existence. A self-confessed ‘wearer of many hats’, Sarah leads Master’s sessions and mentors candidates, as well driving the Tech Futures Lab business plan. She is also on the Executive Council of AgriTech New Zealand and the board of the New Zealand Technology Industry Association.
Holding degrees in Law and Arts, as well as an MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management, Sarah has worked internationally applying her commercial litigation and change management skills in banking, utilities, direct marketing, digital media and the wine and spirits industry.
