Rich specializes in challenging and disrupting the status quo. He is an expert in systems and design thinking, agile methodologies and building innovation capability with in teams and business.
With a background in law and education, Rich brings deep understanding and experience of how to maximize productivity, utilize the tools available to us and hone and develop transferable skills for our digitally enabled world.
Richard has facilitated creative, hands on, invigorating workshops for Air New Zealand, Beca, ANZ, BDO and Waste Management focusing on team building, creative problem solving, design thinking and growth mindset as well techniques to improve internal communication and collaboration when tackling projects, large or small. The focus is on mindsets, techniques and tools that can be immediately implemented across teams to empower employees to feel challenged and confident.
Rich currently sits on the board for Upper Harbour Primary School and eTV Trust.
