A purposeful programme
In this 32-week programme, you’ll engage and debate the big societal, technological and economic transformations with thought-provoking speakers, industry experts and like-minded journeyers.
The programme is split into two key phases that build your knowledge and interrelate for an holistic approach to thinking and doing.
We offer three intakes each calendar year. Check below under 'Course details' for the next course key dates.
Sense and Synthesise
Phase 1 (16 weeks)
Introduction to and immersion in disruptive technology, creative systems thinking, evaluation, properties of change and embedding learning in the context of Kaupapa Maori values.
Analyse and Develop
Phase 2 (16 weeks)
Build on knowledge and competency gained in the first phase to explore strategies.
Assessments, reports and a case study provide the opportunity to explore impact in the digital economy and the potential to thrive in complex and constantly evolving environments.

Designed for professionals, but suitable for anyone looking to drive positive change.

We value industry and real-world experience as highly as an academic record. You’ll need to provide a personal statement of intent – you can do this via letter or video.

A recognised bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years' work experience OR equivalent professional experience.
